I am coming on here to say how great Tremaine treated me walking into Town Fair Tire today. I was having a horrible day and didn’t have hopes my problem would be fixed but as soon as I walked in Tremaine was there to greet me and ensure he’d help with whatever problem I had going on today. He listened to what was wrong with my car and told me to have a seat and my issue would be solved in no time! He checked up on me as I was waiting for my tire to be repaired and even told me he would give me no charge, just $13. After my tire was done he called me up to the register to check me out and ended up telling me he wasn’t going to charge me at all. I told him I wanted to pay him and he said he was doing me a favor. I really appreciated the service Tremaine gave me and I would definitely seek help from him if you ever need anything!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but after my experience at Town Fair tire Quincy, I felt compelled. February 19th late night , I was a victim of a pothole, 2 of my tires were completely flat! I had my car towed to the Quincy location. The next morning I received a friendly call from Howard. Howard confirmed they had my car, took my information and guaranteed he would take care of everything and would have my car ready in a couple of hours. He did just that! I can’t thank him enough. My experience didn’t end there! I went to pick up the car and as I walked into the lobby, I felt so welcomed, as I was met with smiles! I 1000% would recommend the Quincy location! Thanks again Howard and team!

I skid off the road and really messed up my left side tires, cracked some rims and broke a few other things as well. Joe D. really helped me out. He was very personable, knowledgeable and patient. With all the problems you can run into with tires and cars it was nice having someone I could trust to get the job done right and in a timely manner!
