  • Firestone's UNI-T Technology focuses on three primary components within the tire; the beads, casing, and tread. This technology enhances ride comfort, handling, and traction.
  • The Firehawk GT molds a long wearing, high silica tread compound into an asymmetric tread design that features large outside shoulder blocks to enhance steering response and cornering stability.
  • Inside shoulder blocks feature more lateral grooves and sipes to provide the additional biting edges that aid traction in foul weather.
  • The tire's continuous center ribs enhance responsiveness, as well as wet and dry traction while accelerating and braking.
  • The entire tread design features Firestone's Veri-pitch sequencing of block shapes and sizes to help reduce tread pattern noise.

Comments: Factory OEM tires that came with my Challenger R/T. So far I am very satisfied. Best tires I have ever owned. If I can get 45,000 miles out of them, I will buy them again.

Comments: This tire came on the car from the factory. It handles very well with no roll at all. It does very well in the rain and fairly well in snow. It is very quiet even as the miles added up but is stiff over potholes. I have 57,000 miles on the four tires and they are wearing very well but I just had one repaired after it picked up a screw. I like the tire a lot but I don’t have a high-performance car so I think I can find something less expensive to do the job when replacement time comes in about another 8-10,000 miles.

Comments: Less than 18K miles at last inspection. Told I need new tires. In the snow these tires were absolutely terrible, and it didn't need a lot of snow to cause issues. It seems real weak that you have to dig out of 3 inches of snow in a flat parking lot. In the summer heat these tires kick butt....snow, rain....not so much
