Comments: So far these are the best tires I’ve had on any truck. I’m not into off road rides, but will get me on dirt roads and fire roads for hunting. I would not attempt snow and ice on these same roads. 98% of my driving is paved.

Comments: I don't put a lot of mileage on my truck, so it was hard to rate lower than 10 on most of the categories because these tires are by far the best tires I have ever had on my truck. The truck originally came with Goodyear Wrangler SR's and because I don't drive much it was hard to judge them until I had to replace them after only 28,000 miles, The second set had age cracks after only 4 years and 20,000 miles. Worse than that is the ride; it was horrible, the Wranglers literally rode like logging truck on a bumpy gravel road. Only now do I know how bad they were after riding with the Firestone's. Best tires my truck has ever seen.

Comments: Quiet quiet and did I say quiet?! Imy previous tires were so loud! I didn’t think tires could make that much noise and thought there was so Thing wrong with the car itself. Young diving away after they were installed it was like the car had been swapped for a new vehicle! Six months later still no noise. The Touareg is notorious for eating tires but these seem to be holding up well. That handle decently and are good in the rain. Lots of highway miles and they track great. Have had them in winter but the tread pattern seems to lend themselves to good traction. If want a quiet tire this is the one. I never write reviews but am very pleased with these.
